1. Comment Guidelines
This site's owner is a proponent of personal responsibility and response-ability. Before posting a comment here (or anywhere else on the Internet), I encourage all visiting guests to consider the damage they may cause, and the potential consequences of saying something hateful or hurtful.
Before writing a comment in response to a particular blog post, remember that all responses are moderated. Your comments must be respectful and on point. Posting hate speech, spam, defamatory statements, personal information (yours or someone else's), identifying real people, and other inappropriate content will be deleted, and offenders' IP addresses will be recorded. In the case of credible threats, law enforcement will be involved.
While the U.S. Constitution affords you the right of free speech and the right to express an opinion, that right does not extend to illegal acts or knowingly making false statements.
2. Contacting Us
If you need to send a note, use the comment form below any blog post. Since all comments are moderated, it will not be immediately visible to the public. Be aware that I take threats and harassment quite seriously, and if I receive any messages which even remotely raise a red flag, you will not hear from me, but you will get a visit from your local law enforcement. So think twice (and even thrice) before clicking send. Don't write anything you might regret, be it to me, or anywhere else on the Internet. It's simply not smart.
3. Disclaimer
If you're on this page, you're either lost or one of ten people on the planet who are fascinated by legal disclaimers. I apologize if any of this is boring or lame, but I have to at least make an attempt at some sort of legalese to cover my ass. I'm sure this page could be improved, and that task goes on my to-do list for when I have nothing better to do.

When you click on a Google ad on any of this site's pages, I get a whole penny from AdSense. Yep, I'm getting big bucks... a whopping $0.01 per click. So you know this site isn't a "get rich quick scheme." The revenue doesn't even cover my monthly Internet access.
But that's okay. I don't run this site as a way to pay my bills. I created it to tell my stories and share information. I'm delivering content that costs you nothing. There are no membership fees and I don't charge you to read my cultured pearls of wisdom. I don't consider myself a professional blogger as I do not blog daily or regularly. I write only when I am moved to do so.
Even so, I will strive to comply with the FTC Rules for Bloggers. Not only does this disclosure protect me, but it keeps my blog honest and integrity-based. I will do my best to never promote or endorse a product or service unless it provides true value. Of course, value is subjective. I have no control over what appears in the Google AdSense links.
This site contains a personal blog written and edited by me, along with information which I believe may be helpful to some visitors.
